About the role

- Plan and conduct internal/external audits to varying compliance standards and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Develop mitigation plans and monitor effectiveness.
- Support organizational scalability by developing repeatable, sustainable, and documented business processes that support growth.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain applicable quality certifications and accreditations.
- Facilitate cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
