Quality Systems and Training Support Specialist

Hexcel is the industry leader in the manufacturing of composite materials and industrial fabrics, with a strong investment in research and development and a culture of continuous improvement. We are seeking a Quality Systems and Training Support Specialist for our Amesbury, MA location.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing data management for select database systems including CMMS, LMS, DMS, NCM, and CAPA databases.
• Coordinate training activities for employees with managers and supervisors, including the development of new employee training plans, training guides, scheduling classes, and training for new and revised documents.
• Support records management for various document types such as production work orders, training records, inspection & test records, and calibration records.
• Utilize existing databases and query tools to generate various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Prepare CoC and CoA documents in accordance with requirements.
• Supports plant safety and quality objectives.
• Performs special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
• Affinity for data and document management with a mindset for thoroughness and accuracy.
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Prioritize tasks and meet commitments with a strong sense of urgency.

Pay

The complete salary range for this role is $56,980 to $97,680.
