Quality Supervisor, Cybercab, Incoming Quality

What You'll Do

• Delegate responsibilities and manage schedules for a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors
• Provide coaching and training to Technicians and Inspectors
• Escalate quality issues with Management and Engineering as needed
• Drive improvements in quality operations
• Develop training programs and hiring plans for team members
• Support issue resolution including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking
• Assist Quality Technicians and Inspectors on in-line decision making
• Provide regular reports & updates to quality team and management
• Aid in management of material disposition
• Enforce 5S and workplace hygiene standards

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 3+ years of experience managing teams of 10 or more people in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred
• Certification in a quality-related field such as six-sigma, TQM, or equivalent a plus
• Experience in selecting and developing new team members
• Profound ability to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with executives and leaders daily
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
