About the role

Supervise and lead a meteorology technician within a rubber processing environment. Oversee the application of rubber onto metal components for defense and military use. Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Handle all quality documentation including PPAP, control plans, and APQP documentation
• Address and resolve customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and supplier quality concerns
• Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to develop effective corrective actions

Requirements

• AS/BS in Engineering preferred
• Background in rubber, plastics, silicones, or polymers highly preferred
