What You Bring

  • Education: Associates degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline. Will consider candidates without the educational requirements provided they have direct and relevant experience with design control and DHF management.
  • Work Experience: 0-2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with a collaborative spirit and sense of teamwork.
  • Basic knowledge business and administrative software (Microsoft Office). Experience with Veeva Quality Docs and Sharepoint preferred.
  • Understanding of Medical Device/GMP/ISO regulations (ISO 14971, ISO 13485, MDSAP and FDA CFR Part 820) preferred.

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is $40 to $50 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.

About the Role

Bio-Rad has recently introduced an electronic Document Management System and is in the process of migrating documents into Veeva Quality Docs. This role will be preparing documents for migration by verifying metadata, resolving document level gaps and preparing and helping solve issues or gaps identified through prepping documents.
