Quality Reviewer – human services
Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program in Indiana that conducts quality reviews of providers of Home and Community Based Services and provides technical assistance on best practices in person-centered support.

As a Quality Reviewer, you will have the opportunity to enrich the lives of older adults, people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury. Responsibilities
- Traveling throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana
- Conducting on-site reviews at provider organizations
- Investigating complaints
- Preparing reports
- Developing corrective action plans
- Following up with provider organizations to monitor quality improvement
Work setting
This is a remote position which will allow you to work partially from your home office and require you to travel regularly throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana.
Schedule
You will work Monday through Friday, primarily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay and perks
- $48,000 per year
- 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, and personal time

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in one of these areas:
- Support for people who have developmental disabilities, autism, or traumatic brain injury
- Case Management, Social Work, or Service Coordination
- QIDP, RBT, or Direct Support Specialist
- Day treatment or residential services
- Currently reside in Central Indiana
- Have an insured personal vehicle which you are willing to use for travel throughout the region
