Quality Reviewer – Developmental Disabilities

Human services professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation. Background In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide quality improvement program which focuses on enhancing person-centered services and supports provided to people who are living with developmental disabilities so they may live their best lives. What You’ll Do As a Quality Reviewer, you will enjoy an array of responsibilities, including: Driving throughout western and central MarylandConducting on-site reviews with people who are receiving servicesConducting National Core Indicators ® interviewsEnsuring supports are aligned with person centered principlesIdentifying opportunities for quality improvementProviding constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agenciesUsing databases Writing corrective action plans and monitoring progressCommunicating and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders Work setting This is a field-based position which requires daily travel throughout central, southern and eastern Maryland. Pay & Benefits $55,000 annual salary30 days of paid time off annually for holidays, vacation, and personal leaveReimbursement of approved work-related mileage and travel expensesHealth insurance and additional benefits Qualifications At least 4 years of experience supporting people who are living with developmental disabilitiesBachelor’s degreeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of person-centered practices and quality assurance principlesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to form collaborative relationships Willingness to travel extensively throughout Maryland using your own personal vehicle People who have lived experience are encouraged to apply, as are individuals who have experience working as a Service Coordinator, Qualified Intellectual Developmental Professional (QIDP), Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Direct Support Professional, Residential Coordinator, or similar role.
