Quality Resource Analyst
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the maintenance of complex database systems, data abstraction for particular service lines, data analysis and presentation, and coordination of a variety of performance improvement methodology data. The individual will sort, display, and communicate data in support of clinical and process data queries, analysis, and presentation. Included in the scope of responsibilities is the defining, planning, and execution of a broad range of IT projects that support the clinical and operations functions of the medical center. This person will assist in organizing and presenting a full spectrum of reporting capabilities, transforming data into action to measure and improve clinical care and patient safety. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and services on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Previous Process Improvement or Lean/Six Sigma experience
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality or Certified Professional in Patient Safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

About the Role
This is a hybrid position, and you must reside in the KC area, reporting to Saint Luke's North. Saint Luke’s North Hospital–Barry Road has set the standard for patient satisfaction and convenient inpatient care. Between our Barry Road and Smithville campuses, Saint Luke’s North Hospital offers more than 160 patient beds and more than 20 specialized health care services.

- Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
- Certification: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) - National Association for Healthcare Quality
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
