Quality / Reliability Engineer Body

Responsibilities

• Act as the 'first line of defense' for functional system quality of products produced at the assembly plant.
• Analyze and fix quality issues on components shipped into the assembly plant.
• Address quality concerns within the Vehicle Assembly Plant and integrated remote build centers.
• Collaborate with the Body Exterior engineering team to meet quality objectives focused on Body Exterior Trim, Decals, Bumpers, Latches, and Sealing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering/engineering technology).
• Preferred: Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Quality, Program Management, or Manufacturing.
• Strong critical problem‑solving skills.
• Six Sigma Black Belt training (or equivalent).
• Experience as a Design Release Engineer is advantageous.
