Quality & Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Quality & Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality and reliability through the implementation of robust testing and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and reduce defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Quality management software proficiency (e.g., SAP, PLM).
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
