About the role

The Quality Program Manager RN oversees clinical quality activities related to patient care, focusing on standardizing workflows, protocols, and policies to enhance care quality. They collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure accountability and act as a resource for clinical issues, safety, infection prevention, medication management, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Improving clinical workflows
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Supporting clinical staff to deliver safe, effective patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or ADN with additional leadership experience
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Five years of direct patient care
• Three years of leadership experience

Preferred Skills

• Developing clinical care policies and protocols
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation
