Quality Program Manager - Nursing Services

About the role

The Quality Program Manager RN oversees clinical quality related to patient care, focusing on standardizing workflows, protocols, and policies to enhance care quality and support clinical staff. They collaborate with Clinic Leadership to ensure accountability and act as a resource for clinical issues, including safety, infection prevention, and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Improve clinical processes and implement best practices
• Partner with leadership for accountability and success
• Provide expertise on clinical quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection prevention standards
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification
• Bachelor’s degree or ADN with leadership experience
• Minimum five years of direct patient care experience
• Three or more years of leadership experience
• Preferred experience in developing clinical policies and electronic medical records
