Quality Production Specialist - Evenings - Full Time ($16.00)

About the role
Fills bottles with products, labels them, and prepares the finished product for delivery to the Product Delivery department. This role offers great starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with additional long-term bonuses and profit sharing.
Responsibilities
- Retrieves production components and sterilizes work areas and equipment.
- Fills bottles using filling machinery or manual processes.
- Caps bottles manually or using various machines.
- Labels products according to specifications.
- Prepares pallets and moves them to designated areas.
- Performs clean-up duties including washing equipment and sweeping floors.
- Operates sealing machinery and inspects quality of work.
- Assists in training new associates and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Physical strength to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. consistently for eight hours.
- Manual dexterity for tasks such as collating, sorting, and filling.
- Basic math skills and ability to solve mathematical problems.
- Visual acuity to read and inspect products and labels.
- Ability to lift boxes/totes from the floor and move them to shelves or pallets.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation.
- Standing and walking for duration of 8-hour shift.
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects.

Pay and Schedule
The starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with potential for long-term bonuses and profit sharing. Shifts run from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
