Quality Product Tester - Operations (Temporary assignment)
Job Description
We are looking for a steady and organized individual to assist us with product testing. You will be responsible for performing standardized quality control checks on our products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality. You will also be required to maintain calibrated test equipment, prepare test data, and update progress trackers.
- Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Flexibility to manage changing activities / projects
Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of previous work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment for 10-12 hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance periodically through the shift
