Quality Process/Premium Product Coordinator

About the Role

This is an on-site position in Montgomeryville, PA. You will provide quality service for our customers by auditing, evaluating, and driving improvements in our operational quality processes throughout the shop floor. Your goal is to ensure the highest production and quality standards are met according to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Audit and evaluate operational quality processes across the shop floor.
• Drive improvements to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform internal QA audits, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Conduct process audits at all workshops.
• Utilize problem-solving tools and methodologies to support continuous improvements.
• Use data-driven decision-making to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate non-conformance reports for management.
• Provide feedback to the QA manager on excessive errors discovered during audits.
• Support the production floor in inspecting and segregating non-conforming products.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with fellow co-workers.
• Ensure conformance to the company’s vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of job sheets, ISO/CQM requirements, process understanding, and control plan interpretation.
• Knowledge of calibration, verification concepts, and AQL.
• Proficiency in QA procedures and non-conformity processes.
• Hands-on experience with job routings and the company’s Frames system.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends for major projects.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting customer expectations.

• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.

Physical Demands

Frequent use of eyes, ears, hands, and fingers. Continual sitting, standing, and walking with lifting up to 30 lbs. Close vision required.

Pay

Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range: $50,562.00 - $85,403.00 USD Annual. This range reflects industry and geographic standards and is one of many factors in pay decisions, including career history, skills, performance, and internal equity.
