Quality Peer Review Nurse/Nurse Non-RN – Full-Time

Responsibilities

Manage Performance Improvement processes related to physician performance. Lead initiatives to enhance healthcare quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field from an accredited program.
• Experience: At least five years of clinical experience, with two to four years in QA or PI, and a minimum of two years in progressive management roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Licensing/Certifications: Current RN license in Nevada if RN; Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) for non-RN candidates.
• Other: Ability to provide age-appropriate patient service; travel may be required.
