About the role
Make a meaningful impact every day at Azura Memory Care of Oak Creek. Schedule is full time, 4 days per week plus every other weekend from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging daily and monthly activity programs
- Create meaningful experiences that support physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
- Organize music, arts, sensory activities, and small group engagements
- Cook up special events and outings for residents
- Support and inspire team members to incorporate engagement into daily care
- Maintain activity supplies, sensory tools, and enrichment materials
Qualifications
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Creativity and passion for enriching the lives of others
- Interest or experience in memory care activities or senior living (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
