What You'll Do
- Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
- Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations
- Cookordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs
- Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being
- Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive
