As a Quality of Life Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating meaningful, person-centered experiences for residents each day.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead engaging daily and monthly activity programs
  • Create meaningful experiences that support physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
  • Organize music, arts, sensory activities, and small group engagement
  • Coordinate special events and outings for residents
  • Support and inspire team members to incorporate engagement into daily care
  • Maintain activity supplies, sensory tools, and enrichment materials

Requirements

  • Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
  • Creativity and passion for enriching the lives of others
  • Interest or experience in memory care activities or senior living preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

Full Time, 4 days per week, plus every other weekend, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
