As a Quality of Life Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating meaningful, person-centered experiences for residents each day.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging daily and monthly activity programs
- Create meaningful experiences that support physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
- Organize music, arts, sensory activities, and small group engagement
- Coordinate special events and outings for residents
- Support and inspire team members to incorporate engagement into daily care
- Maintain activity supplies, sensory tools, and enrichment materials
Requirements
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Creativity and passion for enriching the lives of others
- Interest or experience in memory care activities or senior living preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule
Full Time, 4 days per week, plus every other weekend, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
