Role Overview
The Quality Nurse Coordinator - Regulatory ensures compliance with CMS guidelines, manages core measure indicators, and maintains policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain survey readiness and monitor standards compliance.
- Develop monitoring and compliance strategies.
- Prepare for regulatory surveys and participate in patient safety programs.
- Communicate opportunities for improvement and provide policy drafts.
- Generate compliance reports and assist with various regulatory requirements.
- Organize tracer evaluations and review standards adherence across departments.
- Identify deviations, recommend improvements, and educate staff on regulations.
Qualifications
- RN Diploma or Associate's Degree
- Current RN licensure
- 5 years of clinical RN experience
- Regulatory background is preferred
