Quality Manager, Miami Florida USA

About the role

As Quality Manager, you will play a key leadership role in implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs. Working closely with Operations and cross-functional teams, you will help drive regulatory compliance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and a strong culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and leading Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.
• Preparing for and leading regulatory, customer, and third-party audits.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Leading and developing the Quality team while promoting a strong food safety culture.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance product quality and operational performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the seafood, aquaculture, or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in FDA Seafood HACCP, FSMA, SQF/GFSI, GMPs, and food safety systems.
• Experience leading Quality Assurance teams and regulatory inspections.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Residence in Miami, Florida, USA.
