Quality Manager Manufacturing

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System within a high-precision machining environment serving the Aerospace and Medical Device industries. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for quality systems, audits, inspections, customer quality support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Lead internal audits and manage document control processes
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality issues
• Supervise, mentor, and develop quality inspectors and technicians
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and rework
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Experience in Aerospace, Medical Device, Precision Machining, or Industrial Manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, FAI, PPAP, and audits
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000
