Quality Manager - Automotive

About the role

Responsible for overseeing quality control processes within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Develop and implement new quality control measures as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
