Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop site Quality Assurance team functions including Fabrication, Assembly, Calibration, Metrology, and Customer Assurance Labs.
• Create site Quality Department goals, objectives, and budgets that align with the Corporate Strategy.
• Provide leadership and direction for advanced product quality planning, including development and implementation of process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Control Plans, and Capability/Statistical Studies.
• Build a culture of quality through problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Assist the department in identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing countermeasures using statistical tools when needed.
• Measure, analyze, and communicate Quality Metrics to assure data-based decisions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal and external audit systems and qualification processes.
