Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction projects in accordance with design specifications and client requirements.
• Manage project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
• Oversee procurement processes for materials and equipment to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or project development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
