Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction projects in accordance with design specifications and client requirements.
- Manage project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Oversee procurement processes for materials and equipment to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or project development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
