Quality Manager
Responsibilities
The Loudon TN site has an exciting opening for a leadership position on its plant staff. This position will be responsible for leading, developing, and sustaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) across the operations at the Loudon facility. The role ensures ISO 9001 compliance, leads corrective actions, and partners with plant leadership to improve key operational metrics.
We are looking for a dynamic leader that can have a positive impact on our local culture of teamwork while utilizing their technical skills to ensure functional excellence in Quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Science, or related fields.
- Experience managing ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience leading or managing an ISO 9001 (or IATF 16949) Quality Management System.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Minitab preferred.
- Prior experience in metals, automotive, aluminum recycling, or heavy manufacturing is a plus.
