QUALITY MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), create control plans, and manage First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate new production processes.
• Ensure the facility maintains adherence to stringent standards like AS9100 through continuous Quality Management System (QMS) execution and regular internal/customer audits
• Investigate non-conforming parts or processes using methodologies like Six-Sigma or Lean to identify root causes and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Verify part integrity through precision measurement techniques, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) programming

Qualifications

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors

Skills

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ensure parts meet specifications
• Evaluate new part processes
