Quality Manager

About the role

At Ovivo, the QA/QC Manager will expand skills and professional experience while collaborating with experts in water treatment. The manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure products, services, and processes meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 program, including creating and modifying procedures.
• Process Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
• Conduct internal audits and lead quarterly management reviews.
• Analyze performance data to drive continual improvement.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to improve overall quality, minimize rework, and identify problem areas for focused action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits, root‑cause analysis, and completing NCR/CARs.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
• Risk assessment techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
