Qualifications
- 5+ years in quality management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, ISO standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- General demonstrated knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct management reviews of the Quality System.
- Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions.
- Prepares and leads organization for ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 audits.
- Provides leadership oversight and governance for site-level HSE programs, ensuring effective execution by the HSE Officer and site leadership team.
- Ensures effective site-level review and analysis of HSE performance indicators to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support informed leadership decisions.
