Position Summary The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all project quality assurance and quality control activities. This position requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing quality teams, client expectations, inspections, audits, reporting, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the project QA/QC programLead and supervise quality personnel, inspectors, and support staffManage a quality team of three or more direct reportsEstablish project quality objectives, procedures, and performance metricsCoordinate inspections, audits, testing activities, and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelinesReview quality documentation, reports, procedures, and inspection recordsCollaborate with project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and client representativesInvestigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsMonitor project quality performance and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesPrepare and present quality reports to project leadership and clients Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of Quality Management experienceExperience managing QA/QC personnel with at least 3 direct reportsProven experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive QA/QC programsStrong knowledge of construction quality systems, inspections, audits, and documentation controlExperience working on large-scale industrial, commercial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or construction projectsExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality reporting systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related fieldASQ certifications or other relevant quality certificationsExperience supporting EPC, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projectsISO quality management experienceCWI, NACE, or related industry certifications are a plus Why Join DTS?
