About the role
Responsible for overseeing quality control processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control role.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with quality management software.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
