Quality Manager

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing manufacturer seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality systems, audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall quality performance for a manufacturing facility in Central Illinois.

Responsibilities

- Lead the site’s Quality Management System and quality team - Manage customer complaints, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions - Drive continuous improvement and quality culture initiatives - Lead internal and external audits and maintain ISO compliance - Analyze quality trends and process capability using SPC and other quality tools - Partner with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues - Develop and deliver quality training throughout the organization - Manage supplier quality concerns and improvement efforts

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred - 5+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing - Experience with ISO-based quality systems, auditing, CAPA, and continuous improvement - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills - Quality certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus
