We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to lead, mentor, and elevate a dedicated quality team in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role offers the opportunity to shape quality strategies, ensure product integrity, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated quality team
• Ensure product integrity through quality strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Refine processes and lead root cause investigations
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that impact the bottom line
• Oversee supplier audits and site visits
• Escalate and communicate critical risks effectively
• Maintain compliance with internal, customer, and AIAG requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience within Tier 1 automotive manufacturing
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in quality roles
• Strong proficiency with AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.)
• Expertise in customer complaint resolution and supplier quality management
• Experience with data-driven reporting systems and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to quality operations

Qualifications

• Expertise in color and appearance testing, with experience with color testing equipment (e.g., Macbeth)
• Preferred education and experience: bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field and/or ASQ certification, over 5 years of dedicated experience in automotive quality engineering

Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 plus bonus potential
