Quality Management System (QMS) Technician
About the role
You’ll keep our quality engine tuned and audit-ready—so every process behind the aircraft parts we build is controlled, traceable, and improving. You’ll maintain QMS documentation and records, support internal audits and corrective actions, track nonconformances and metrics, and help teams align to procedures and regulatory requirements.
A high-tempo day
You’ll start by checking the pulse of the system—reviewing open items, recent changes, and what needs to be ready for upcoming reviews. Throughout the day, you’ll move between focused desk work and quick conversations on the floor, answering questions, clarifying what “good” looks like, and keeping information flowing. You’ll wrap up by updating trackers, organizing what’s next, and leaving the QMS cleaner and clearer than you found it.
