Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer

About the role

The Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QMS documentation and procedures
• Conduct internal audits and provide corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
• Train employees on QMS processes and standards
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$80,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
