Please "APPLY" online to be considered and contacted about this role. =============================================*** We will NOT work with C2C/3rd Party Agencies for ANY reason***============================================= JOB DETAILS:Position: Quality Management (QM) Test AnalystJOB REF#: 44768 Duration: 12+ Months (On-going Contract)Location: ONSITE - Hartford, CT 06106Pay Rate: $46.00 (W2 only) or $50.00 (INCORPORATED), (Not accepting 1099 or C2C) **LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!!, We are NOT accepting candidates willing to relocate ** HYBRID: MUST work ONSITE 1 day per week HOURS: Full-Time 40hrs - Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Seeking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Connecticut Child Support Modernization initiative. This is a hands-on testing role responsible for ensuring the system meets business, operational, and federal requirements through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect validation, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will work closely with Child Support program staff, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to validate business functionality and ensure the delivered solution meets the highest standards of quality. This position requires exceptional analytical skills, strong critical thinking, and a meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience supporting UAT for Child Support Modernization implementations. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules and business functions.• Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes, functional requirements, and user workflows.• Perform thorough functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to ensure system quality and business readiness.• Accurately document test execution results, identify issues, and create clear, reproducible defect reports.• Participate in defect triage meetings, validate defect resolutions, perform retesting, and verify production readiness.• Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, business processes, federal regulations, and operational requirements.• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, missing requirements, and potential business impacts during testing.• Support UAT planning, readiness activities, daily status reporting, metrics collection, and test cycle completion.• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.• Support statewide implementation activities, production validation, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.• Ensure all testing artifacts are complete, accurate, and meet Quality Management standards. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Experience supporting Quality Management (QM), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, test execution, and defect validation to ensure systems meet business and operational requirements.• Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, while analyzing requirements and validating delivered functionality.• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and end users to identify issues, document defects, and support successful system implementations.• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and experience supporting quality assurance activities for complex applications.• Strong knowledge of business processes, policies, case management operations, and associated workflows.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
