About the role

The Quality Management Program Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of the Enterprise Change Execution Quality Management Program development, implementation, and on-going execution/maintenance. The program ensures enterprise-wide adherence to the Enterprise Change & Transformation policies and procedures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a team of people focused on the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide Change Execution Governance quality management program
  • Oversight for the development and implementation of a risk-based quality management reviews which are supported by formal standards and procedures and align to the enterprise policy. Following implementation, continually oversee the execution of the program to ensure adherence to the standards and procedures.
  • Oversight for the development, implementation and of the on-going periodic quality management reporting and escalation routines, which includes reporting to internal partners as well as external regulatory bodies as requested.
  • Oversight for the development, implementation and on-going issue identification and remediation processes resulting from the quality management program execution processes.
  • Development of ad-hoc quality management reviews to continually detect new risk exposures in the end-to-end change process(es).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or project management disciplines
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically, comfortable seeing and defining the “big picture” while overseeing details
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general banking and risk management practices
  • Excellent leadership ability and sound decision-making skills
  • Strong business acumen and organizational agility
  • Strong effective communicator (written and verbal) with executive management and regulators
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a business or related field or equivalent education and related training
  • Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrix organization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Schedule

1st shift (United States of America). Truist in-office requirement is 5 days per week. Candidate must be located in one of the following locations: Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC. No remote or telecommute option.
