Quality Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality processes on the production floor to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive continuous improvement
• Supervise and mentor quality team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Monitor key quality metrics and support initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist with audits and ensure documentation aligns with quality management systems

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment within a quality-focused role
• Working knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
