- Transform our legacy QMS from a reactive "inspect-in-quality" model into a proactive, data-driven preventative system
- Lead cross-functional root-cause investigations (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram) to permanently eliminate chronic manufacturing and engineering bottlenecks
- Overhaul our supplier quality program — establishing aggressive performance metrics and holding sub-tier defense vendors accountable to military-grade standards
- Champion a cultural shift across the factory floor and engineering suites, making quality intrinsic to daily operations rather than a final roadblock
- Streamline ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance protocols, eliminating redundant paperwork while ensuring audit readiness for DCMA and prime contractors
