CTS Group is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities for a major hyperscale data centre project in Kvandal, Norway. Reporting to the Project Director, the Quality Lead will be responsible for implementing and managing the project's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with client requirements, international standards, project specifications, and CTS quality procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams to drive a culture of quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This is a critical site-based leadership role focused on ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout design, construction, commissioning, and project handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) across the Kvandal project.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, project specifications, and CTS quality procedures.
• Drive a culture of quality excellence across all project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor project activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved documentation and standards.
• Develop, review, and manage Project Quality Plans (PQPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Control Procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews across all project disciplines.
• Verify that construction, installation, and commissioning activities meet required quality standards.
• Support the closure of quality issues and non-conformances through corrective and preventative actions.
• Perform routine site audits and inspections to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Review workmanship standards across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning activities.
• Ensure inspection records, test reports, and certification documentation are accurately maintained.
