Responsibilities

• As Quality Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the quality operations in the manufacturing facility.
• Responsible for evaluating and verifying that product is being manufactured correctly,
• report any problems or discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately,
• report any un-resolved problems or discrepancies to the Plant Manager and Site Manager immediately
• support Quality Auditors in their day-to-day responsibilities,
• assist with plant quality and quality processes,
• work with the quality manager to ensure quality auditors are performing their responsibilities to standard,
• assist with the training program for new Quality personnel,
• managing product flow through Quality Hold process.
• You will contribute to plant quality and quality processes,
• assist with the training program for new Quality personnel and
• assist in the APQP/PPAP process.
• You will be part of overseeing the quality operations in the manufacturing facility.
• In the Quality Lead position, you will work with the quality Supervisor to ensure quality auditors are performing their responsibilities to standard.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing/quality function.
• Additional training in quality methods, tools and techniques.
• Formal education is a bonus but not required.
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
