Quality Lab Technician 4PM - 2:30AM (Mon-Thurs)

About the role

Responsible for conducting laboratory tests and experiments to ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical testing on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Document test results and provide feedback to production teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
