Key Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in implementing updated process controls.
- Aid in improvement projects.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce future defects and process risks.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to analyze and track data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product and order compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
- Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay organized and manage time correctly.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
