Quality Inspector (Third Shift)

Responsibilities

• Read customer print to work order.
• Comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions, and direction from supervisors or technical leads.
• Record and archive inspection results.
• Write up parts requiring reworks or remakes via non-conformance reports and route them to the proper operations.
• Complete first article inspection (FAI) reports when required by the customers.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following all plant rules.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the workplace and ensure all tools are properly stored and accounted for when not in use.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Able to comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions, and direction from supervisors or technical leads.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to use measuring instruments such as scales, and calipers.
• Able to work safely with sharp tools/objects, such as but not limited to, hobby knives, utility knives, diagonal-cutting pliers.
• Able to use a computer and calculator.
• Able to read and write in English, and do basic arithmetic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
• Strong attention to detail is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a CNC Machining environment is a plus.

Pay

$18.51 - $24 an hour

Schedule

Five days/week on-site. Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:00am
