About the role
We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge designs while working alongside experienced architects and designers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and clients to develop detailed design concepts
- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Participate in design reviews and presentations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passion for creating sustainable and functional spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
Skills
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Pay
Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
