Key Responsibilities
- Perform Hi-Pot testing to verify electrical insulation integrity
- Set up, operate, and maintain electrical testing equipment
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections (visual, dimensional, and functional)
- Analyze test and inspection results; document findings and report discrepancies
- Troubleshoot electrical components and systems to identify faults
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures
- Record inspection data and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Communicate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Follow established procedures when nonconformances are identified
- Assist in developing and improving testing and inspection protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Hi-Pot testing or electrical testing in a manufacturing environment
- At least 2+ years of quality inspection experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and insulation testing principles
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient with testing and measurement equipment
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Quality Supervisor
Physical Requirements

Work Schedule
Full-time position
8-hour shifts: Morning: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime may be required (including weekdays and Saturdays)
Compensation
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
