Quality Inspector

About the role

As a QA Inspector, you will monitor and document all aspects of quality inspection requirements related to food safety and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and enforce the importance of a safe work environment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
• Test products for various quality parameters including dimension, weight, temperature, and color
• Conduct inspections and complete daily QA documents/reports as required
• Immediately report and implement corrective actions for any deficiencies found

Requirements

• $18.00-$18.50/hr
• Temp to Hire position for the right candidate
• Schedule: Swing Shift from 1:30pm-10pm (Monday through Friday)
• You must be open to overtime and some weekend work

Qualifications

• Previous Food manufacturing production/QA experience is preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and maintain consistent quality and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computers, inputting information, and performing basic to intermediate math functions
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
