About the role
You will ensure product compliance through in-process, receiving, and final inspections on the 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections using tools such as microscopes and gauges
- Interpret blueprints and review engineering change orders
- Maintain records of nonconformities
- Support Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), audits, and document control activities
- Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and workmanship requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 3 years of related experience
- Ability to learn electrical and mechanical inspection standards (e.g., J-STD-001, IPC-610, MIL-STDs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with electronic assembly methods is desirable
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and sound decision-making abilities
