About the role
Netzer Metalworks is currently hiring Quality Control Inspectors.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting machined parts and other finished goods for conformance to customer-defined standards.
- Accurately document the results of all testing and inspections in accordance to AS9100 standards.
- Maintain controlled electronic documents and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cook up the calibration of all company measurement and test equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1- 2 year’s inspection experience in a machine shop / manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to use Standard measuring Equipment i.e. Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges.
- Experience with PC-DMIS with CMM is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO standards a plus.
Qualifications
5 years + experience recommended.
Skills
- Inspection experience in a machine shop / manufacturing environment.
- Interpretation of engineering drawings.
- Use of standard measuring equipment (Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges).
- Experience with PC-DMIS with CMM.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
