Quality Inspector

Your Mission

• Checks orders to ensure proper glue application and verify print accuracy.
• Identifies and places products on hold if defects are found.
• Speaks with operators to halt production of defective bags immediately.
• Inspects products for compliance with order specifications, legal requirements, and shipping/packing standards.
• Requests approval from Quality Manager/Supervisor/Leaders/Manager if questions arise.
• Collaborates with team members.
• Performs other tasks as assigned (e.g., train new hires, assist in other departments).

Your Profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Normal work schedule is 8 or 12 hours.
• Scheduled for rotating days off.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Regularly stands for extended periods.
• Works with awkward and/or repetitive movements.
• Works near moving mechanical parts.
• Desired attitude: great.
• Willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated.
